Jiayi Li, CFA, is President of Access Pointe, overseeing research and analysis. Ms. Li has more than a decade of experience in investment management, investment banking, and management consulting. She managed investments for Prudential Financial, MetLife Investments, and AIG SunAmerica, and worked with other leading financial institutions and management consulting companies including Merrill Lynch and A.T. Kearney.

Ms. Li received her MBA (with honors) in Finance from Columbia Business School. She graduated with highest honors in Economics from Rutgers University. Ms. Li grew up in China, and is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. She maintains residences in both US and China. Ms. Li holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Robert Willens, CPA, is Chairman of our Board of Advisors. Mr. Willens was formerly a Managing Director in the Equity Research Department at Lehman Brothers, Inc. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, in 1987, he was Tax Partner-in-Charge of the Capital Markets Group at KPMG Peat Marwick in New York.

Mr. Willens was named to Institutional Investor's "All-America" Research Team in 1990 and again, from 1992-2007, in the "Accounting & Tax Policy" category. He was named, in 2004-2007, in Alpha Magazine's annual survey of hedge funds, the top accounting and tax analyst in the United States. Accounting Today named him as one of the 100 "Most Influential Accountants" in the United States in 1997-2000.

Mr. Willens is an Adjunct Professor of Finance at Columbia Business School.
